MENU, formerly known as ‘Bend & Bake’, began as a way to bring people together over good food, good movement, creativity and connection. Our in-person events started in Sydney and sold out within minutes, so we built a platform to take our events online and share the magic across the world.

At MENU we’re passionate about changing the way we see both food and creativity in the kitchen. Our ‘movement’ segment is designed to change the way we think about moving within our daily lives, incorporating a more conscious, aware style of movement in fun, snack-sized segments.

MENU aims to connect our members with leaders in the wellness industry, from speakers to guest teachers with similar values and passions to share, whether that’s breathwork, meditation or reshaping your relationship with food and yourself. Our creative events aim to inspire and allow us to carve out time in our busy lives to create something unique and special from calligraphy to macrame, wreaths, painting and claywork.

Each monthly event is uniquely designed to bring new recipes, movement flows, connected mindfulness practices and creative endeavours. We record each event so that you can rewatch, rewind and replay them as often as you like. We create personalised goody bags and kits to send out to you in the mail for specific events so that you have everything you need to join us – live or in your own time.

Lucy founded Bend & Bake in 2019 as a way to share her love for good food, good movement and a deeper connection amongst friends. She moved back to the UK in 2021 after five years living in Sydney and working in pharmaceutical sales to pursue her passion with food.

Passionate about making recipes ‘simple, special and accessible’, she has two Sunday Times Bestselling cookbooks, Food for the Soul and Cook for the Soul, designed to help people fall back in love with cooking, the kitchen and themselves through creativity and food.

Lucy expanded Bend & Bake into MENU in 2023 as a way to offer a deeper, more connected experience for our members. Catch Lucy hosting the Nourish elements across all of our events.
