ACCOUNT & BILLING

How do I manage my membership?

As a MENU Member you will have access to a member dashboard where you can manage your membership. The dashboard makes it easy for you to view your membership status, renewal date, and access your benefits. In the dashboard you can manage your billing information or upgrade your membership. Please note, you may cancel your membership after the minimum commitment term.

Help - I’ve lost my password or login information.

When logging in, simply select a request to reset your password. You will then be sent an email with a password reset link.

How do I update my payment details?

Once logged in, you can navigate to the “My Account” page, where you can access various account-related options. In the payment options tab you will find your current payment method and should you wish to update the payment method click on the “Edit” or “Update” button.

What if a payment fails?

We will attempt to redebit your payment for 7 days. If payment is not successful within those 7 days your subscription will be paused. Once the payment is processed it will be resumed.

Can I pause my membership?

Once purchased, your term is continual, though please reach out to support@menu-club.com should you have any account related questions.

How do I cancel my membership?

After your selected term your subscription will automatically expire and we will send you renewal options ahead of your expiry.

How do I renew an existing membership?

You can renew your membership via your account section in the “My Account” page.

LIVE EVENTS

Do I need to have a membership to join live events?

Yes you will need to either have a Full Course Menu Membership OR a Drop In Menu membership, unless otherwise stated in our marketing material.

What if I’m an active member and I can’t join a live event?

If you’re a Full Course Menu Member where you have access to monthly events you will be sent the event replay after so you won’t miss out!

Which events have goody bags?

Events will have in their description if they are goody bag events, we run a minimum of 6x of these a year.

How will my goody bags be posted to me?

They will be sent to the address you sign up with.

What if I change address or need my goody bag to be posted elsewhere?

We’ll use the address that you gave us when you signed up to MENU. You can change your address by emailing support@menu-club.com

What happens if I’m away when my goody bag reaches me?

Most of our goody bags are designed to fit into standard letterboxes for your convenience and so your goody bag will be waiting for you when you get back!

I’m overseas, how do I get my goody bag?

For all goody-bagged events we have a cut off date for international tickets to allow us plenty of time to post them to you.

Wil livel events be recorded?

Yes they will! Full Course Menu Members will be sent the replay after! Occasionally, we may publish segments for our members with on demand access in the portal.

My timezone doesn't suit the event, how can I still join?

You sure can! All of our events are fully recorded and sent out the same day via a link with lifetime access, so you’ll be able to pause, rewatch and rewind as often as you like.

Do I have to share my camera?

Nope! We love seeing you on camera but you can always choose whether you have your camera on or off.

Will I be able to interact?

Yes! You’ll be muted when you join the event to remove background noises from our event and we have an active chatbox for you to say hello, ask questions and chat throughout. We also have a private Discord group for every event so you’ll be able to connect with us and other members joining in the event too.

What is the on-demand platform?

Our on demand platform at MENU is a library of diverse cookalongs, dynamic movement flows, immersive creative activities and grounding mindful practices. Get ready to be inspired, challenged and reinvigorated, guided by expert instructors to nourish your body, mind and soul.

How do I access the pre-recorded videos?

You can access the on-demand platform with either a Full Course Menu Membership or Lite Membership. If you have access to our monthly events through the Full Course Menu or Drop In Menu then you will have access to the event recording after the event. As you can see the Full Course Menu Membership is where you have it all!

Are pre-recorded videos different to the live events?

How do I redeem a MENU gift voucher?

You can redeem a Menu gift voucher by entering the code at the checkout.

Can I still redeem a MENU gift voucher if I already have a membership?

Yes, when it is time to renew your membership you can redeem your voucher at checkout.
